Due to the characteristics of the wagashi, some orders will be hand delivered with extreme care. Confined by our service capacity, currently we are only able to service limited Manhattan areas in the New York City. We apologize for any inconvenience. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Delivery Fees
$15 for orders below 5 lbs.
$70 for orders between 5.01 and 20 lbs.
Free delivery for orders over 20 lbs.
Shipping
Yokan will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Returns
Due to food safety reasons, we do not accept return or provide refund once the order is shipped or delivered. Please proceed with caution when placing an order.
